Über die Veranstaltung

During this community cooking and wine pairing session, we are going to cover the environmental impact of wine (e.g. biodiversity, soil nutrients) and how vegan & organic wine can make the difference. The presentation and the wine will be provided by Jan Krux, Founder of Persovino (https://persovino.ch/).

To host a safe event, we ask you to show the Covid Certificate at the entrance. If the pandemic situation requires it, we will host the events virtually, and refund the costs related to the location.

Schedule:

18:30 - Apero & Ice breaker game

19:00 - Expert intro & talk

19:30 - Cooking Session (in groups)

20:30 - Dining together and discussion
